Today, 60 children, in three groups, from Potters Gate visited the exhibition. They enthusiastically looked at all the exhibits, using viewfinders to help them frame what they were looking at. They also identified many of the materials that have been used. In a group discussion they gave their opinions about the work. In response to Helen Maurers work, one Year 5 pupil said she felt like she had been taken on a journey. Next week the children will work with Tony Hayward to create their own artworks.
